Our principal officer, Fred
Westbrook, has over 36 years
of claims and arbitration
experience. Over twenty
years were directly involved
with supervision and management
of Subrogation Recovery Offices.
As a Territorial Recovery
Manager for The Hartford Insurance,
Fred gained first hand experience
in the consolidation and centralization
of recovery offices. He was
the carrier's Claim Department
Representative to the ASC
X12 EDI Standards Organization,
serving on the X12N Insurance
Subcommittee for Property &
Casualty Subrogation.
Fred has written and taught
"Recovery Awareness"
educational seminars and keeps
current on legal changes that
impact recovery through membership
in the National Association
of Subrogation Professionals
(NASP), the Society of Claim
Law Associates (SCLA) and as
an associate member of the American
Bar Association.
Supporting recovery analysts
have over 10 years of experience
in insurance claims filing and
winning subrogation cases. Each
specialist has a strong background
in case management and is licensed
for their respective territories.
